Why it matters
The technology only works because the organisation around it is deliberately designed. Roles, boundaries, and decision records are what keep a fast-moving, AI-augmented operation coherent instead of chaotic.
This is the stream that makes the other four safe to run at speed — it's the operating model, not the tooling.
How we build & maintain it
We define each function's mandate, record structural decisions as they're made, and revisit them openly. Nothing important changes without a trail.
