Senior operational leadership, without the full-time hire.

Board decisions get made, month-end lands on time, and the hard calls stop sitting with one person — delivered directly by our senior team.

AI & Data Governance Advisory

A year in, your board defends an AI policy it understands, your data governance has a baseline, and a first pilot has proven its value — and nobody on your team had to become the technical expert. Adopt AI without betting the organisation on it.

What the retainer builds is informed confidence — the frameworks and guardrails to use AI responsibly, mindful of privacy law, funder reporting, and service-user trust. Quarterly board touchpoints, leadership sessions, and a standing line to Greg, who leads every engagement personally. USD $2,250/month, anywhere.

Fractional Operations Support

Month-end closes without you in it. Payroll runs, grant reports go out on time, and the board package is right the first time — because the people running your back office have run non-profit operations for fifteen years. We embed with a small portfolio of Canadian non-profits, typically ten to twenty-five staff, whose back office needs more support than it has.

Fewer than ten partner organisations, ever. Admission is by application, because an embedded team has to fit the organisation it joins.

From CAD $2,370/month — a per-person fee that steps down as the team grows, settled during the application.

He has done your job, in your sector

When a funder changes its reporting template mid-year, you want the person beside you to have filed those reports, run those systems, and briefed those boards before. Greg has — as Director of Finance & Corporate Services at CMHA Toronto, as Finance Manager at Hincks-Dellcrest as it became part of SickKids, and before the sector, as the SAP site lead who taught a 600-person plant floor its first computer system.

Nobody learns on your time. He has personally run the platforms your organisation lives in: payroll from Ceridian to QBO Payroll, donor CRMs from Keela to DonorPerfect, and the payment and banking stack that connects them.
