Workflow Logic

The connective logic that makes the systems work together.

A work in progress
We've published these resources in the hope they're useful — you're welcome to copy or use anything you find on this site. We're still working through each record to optimise it for completeness and accuracy, so some entries are fuller than others for now.

Why it matters

Automation is the connective logic between systems — it moves information, applies the rules, and triggers the right action at the right moment. It's what turns a pile of good tools into an operation that runs itself.

We reach for it wherever work is repetitive and rule-based: intake, notifications, syncing, follow-ups. People make the decisions; the workflow does the steps.

How we build & maintain it

We build workflows in n8n, with the logic managed centrally and every run logged so it can be audited after the fact. Reliability and observability come first — the same input produces the same result, every time.

Where a workflow needs to reach a service, it goes through the same governed connectors the agents use, never ad-hoc credentials.

How the streams connect

Automation is the nervous system that links the agents, the connectors, and the data.
