1. Audience & Acceptance

This platform is intended for non-profit leaders, social entrepreneurs, and impact-focused organizations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. AI Usage & Liability (2026 Standards)

PF TECH utilizes AI-accelerated frameworks to build tools and provide insights. While we strive for accuracy and rigour:

• Guidance Only: All information provided on this site is for strategic guidance.
• Human Responsibility: Final operational, legal, and financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
• Assistant Role: PF TECH acts as an intelligent assistant, not an autonomous agent or legal counsel.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand

The "TERN Suite" and the "Multiplier Model" are the exclusive property of PF TECH.

We support Open Source foundations and may use open-source components, but we retain all rights to our proprietary architectural frameworks, distinct brand assets, and custom methodologies.

4. External Links & Integrations

We utilize third-party tools such as Cal.com and Helcim to provide our services. Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms of service. PF TECH is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party infrastructure.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PF TECH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or our services, even if PF TECH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PF TECH's total cumulative liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts paid by you to PF TECH in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all content, tools, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. PF TECH does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
