Scope

What We Build.

The Lab is open to any real problem in the sector — back-office, program delivery, or client-facing. If you can articulate the problem, demonstrate you have the data to support the work, and explain how a tool will solve it, we'll consider it.

Our focus is on bridging information flows between the platforms your organisation already uses — filling the gaps that off-the-shelf software doesn't address.

What we don't build:

We're not interested in replacing tools that already work — no new CRMs, no new accounting systems. If a good solution already exists, we'll tell you. What we build is what's genuinely missing.
