Canadian-hosted systems, de-identify / re-identify handling, and criminal-record checks on everyone who touches it.

The six-FTE minimum for a registered charity — or CAD $2,670/month for a non-charitable non-profit.

One flat monthly fee per full-time-equivalent staff member, stepping down as the team grows. Never billed by the hour — our incentive is efficient operations, not logged time.

How we size it to your team

Part-time staff working 8 to 28 hours a week count as half a person; relief staff under 8 hours count as a quarter. Volunteers, interns, co-op and summer students are always free.

QuickBooks Online Plus and Payroll, TERN back-office automation, and two Mission Multiplier Program seats — one leadership, one finance.
